Total War: Rome II campaign DLC ‘Caesar in Gaul’ announced


Total War: Rome II announced their first campaign DLC today which will focus on Julius Caesar’s campaigns in Gaul.

Caesar in Gaul in set over seven years (58 BC to 51 BC) where players will be able to play one of four factions: the Gallic Arverni, the Germanic Suebi, the Belgic Nervii and Rome. This new expansion will feature historical figures such as Caesar and Vercingetorix.

Caesar in Gaul will take place over a new campaign map which covers 18 provinces, covering Gaul and southern Britannia. The turn count for each year will be increased to 24 and will include seasonal changes throughout the playthrough.

Total War: Rome II: Caesar in Gaul will cost US $14.99, and will be available on December 12.
